Q: How do I work with Ink Wonderland on a project?
A: We are always excited for opportunities to collaborate with new clients and companies of all shapes and sizes. To get started, just use our CONTACT PAGE to tell us about your project.
Q: How much does Ink Wonderland charge for their design services?
A: We provide a PRICING CALCULATOR for general flat fee estimates, but please keep in mind that most projects have their own unique considerations that may affect the estimated cost. Occasionally we also license artwork for royalty percentages, which typically reduces any related flat fees. The best way to receive an estimate is to CONTACT US and let us know the exact details of your project.
Q: What is your average turn around time for a design?
A: For a single-design project, most artwork is completed and ready for delivery within 1-3 days. Multi-design projects would have a longer timeline dependent on that project's requirements. Children's book usually take about 60-90 days to complete.
Q: Do you design logos and marketing materials?

Q: Do you develop designs for clothing and apparel?

Q: Do you use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in your design work?
A: No, we do not use Artificial Intelligence for our clients' projects. All of our artwork is created traditionally, or digitally, by Joan and/or Andrew (both real-life human beings!) without any assistance from AI or similar algorithms.
Q: What should I expect if I hire Ink Wonderland for a book illustration project?

Q: How do you deliver the finished artwork?
A: In most cases we e-mail or upload (FTP, Dropbox, etc.) the finalized artwork to our clients in either vector or 300 DPI high-resolution file formats (.AI, .PSD, .PDF, .PNG, etc.) We can also physically ship digital artwork using an SD card, DVD, or USB stick. Traditional (non-digital) artwork is shipped via USPS or FedEx.
Q: I'm an artist who would like to collaborate with Ink Wonderland, how do I get started?
A: At this time Ink Wonderland does not usually assign or sub-contract design work to freelance artists. However, artists may SEND US A LINK to their online portfolios for future consideration. And of course we are happy to answer any questions our fellow artists may have about Ink Wonderland.
Q: Where can I purchase Ink Wonderland merchandise?
A: Our designs are featured on clothing and merchandise at several major retailers, mall locations, theme parks, and gift shops across the USA and worldwide. You can also visit Joan's AMAZON AUTHOR CENTRAL PAGE to purchase some of the books she has illustrated.
Q:What is Ink Wonderland's Privacy Policy?
A:We will not share your personal information with any company, individual, or other third-party without your prior consent. This includes your name, address, contact information, and details about your project.
Q:Does Ink Wonderland provide website design services?
A: At this time, we generally do not provide website design or development services.
